Shipping Policy

At Alphahood, we work with reliable domestic couriers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and others to ensure smooth delivery to your doorstep anywhere in India.

Order Handling & Dispatch Time

  • Orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to be prepared and handed over to our courier partners.

  • During busy periods (e.g., festivals, sales), this may extend up to 10 business days.

  • After dispatch, deliveries usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

Note: Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Once an order is being processed, no changes (including to the address) can be made.

  • Deliveries are made only to the address provided during checkout.

  • We ship Monday through Friday only — excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • After your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info.

Order Tracking

  • Every shipment includes a tracking number.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

  • You can also track your shipment on our website using your tracking number, order ID, or mobile number.

  • If your tracking doesn’t update within 5 business days of shipment, feel free to reach out to us.

Delivery Timelines (Within India)

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

  • Order Handling Time: 2–5 business days

Expected total time: 7–12 working days (on average)

Unexpected Delays

Although we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Adverse weather

  • Logistics network delays

  • High-volume periods

  • Regional restrictions or lockdowns

  • Courier service interruptions

Lost / Missing / Damaged Shipments

  • Alphahood is not liable for any parcel marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

  • If you haven’t received your package despite a delivery status, please file a complaint directly with the courier service.

  • We rely on the courier’s delivery confirmation and tracking details for any claims.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It's the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered.

  • Orders are processed quickly, and no changes can be made once placed.

  • If an incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered there, we cannot retrieve or redirect it.
