🛍️ Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags, labels, and packaging are intact and undamaged

The item is not listed as “non-returnable” on the product page
Any product that appears worn, altered, damaged, or missing original tags will not qualify.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Innerwear and personal wear items

Personal hygiene products

Items marked non-returnable on the product page

Items that pose a flammable or hazardous risk
📲 How to Request a Return or Exchange
You can raise your return/exchange request using one of the methods below:

Send us your:

Reason for return/exchange

Photos (if there is any defect or issue)
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.
Option 2: Through Your Customer Account

Log in to your account on our website

Go to Order History

Select the order you wish to return or exchange

Click on “Request Return/Exchange”

Fill in the required details and submit the request
Our support team will confirm once your request is processed.
🚚 Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

For items above ₹4000, we recommend using a tracked courier or insured shipping
-
Alphahood is not liable for return parcels lost during transit
💸 Refund Timelines
Once the returned item clears quality checks, refunds are processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

COD Orders: We’ll process your refund within 7 business days after confirming your UPI ID
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Products

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted, as we rely on courier delivery records for verification.
