1. What is Alphahood?

Alphahood is an Indian streetwear brand focused on premium heavy-weight fabrics, clean designs, and made-to-order production. We create everyday wear built for durability, comfort, and modern street style — without fast-fashion compromises.

2. Where do you ship?

We ship pan-India. International shipping is not available yet (we’re working on it).
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Expedited shipping options available at checkout.

3. Shipping Cost — How much do I pay for delivery?

Shipping is completely free across India on every order.
No hidden charges.
No minimum order value.

4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days and delivered in 5–10 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

5. How do I track my order?

Track your package in real-time via link we send once it ships. You can also log into your Alphahood account → Orders

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept exchanges for size or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Note: Refunds are not available as products are made-to-order.

7. Fabric & Quality — What materials do we use?

At Alphahood, every piece — from oversized tees and polos to hoodies and joggers — is crafted with premium fabrics and finishes. Here’s a breakdown by category:

  • Hoodies & Sweatshirts (Outerwear): Heavyweight fabric, approx. 320–350 GSM fleece (cotton/poly blend), with soft brushed interior, double-stitched seams, and reinforced hems.

  • Oversized & Back-Print Tees: Premium Terry or heavy cotton, approx. 220–260 GSM, designed to hold shape, prevent transparency, and deliver that street-wear silhouette.

  • Polos & Shirts: Structured cotton piqué or woven fabric, mid-weight (approx. 200–220 GSM), crisp collar, well-finished buttons and stitching.

  • Sleeveless Tees & Basics: Slightly lighter but still premium, approx. 180–200 GSM cotton/lycra blend, soft hand-feel, designed for comfort and layering.

  • Joggers & Shorts (Bottoms): Heavyweight jersey or fleece (for joggers) with refined details (secure zippers, ribbed cuffs), and structured cotton blends for shorts.

Prints & Finishes: All print work uses high-grade inks or direct-to-garment methods (depending on design) to ensure vibrant colours, crisp lines, and long-life wear. These are not fast-fashion pieces — they’re built to last and make a statement.

8. Are Alphahood products true to size?

Yes, our products follow standard sizing. A size chart is provided on each product page to help you pick the best fit. For an oversized look, we recommend going one size below.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI & Net Banking.
Cash On Delivery (COD) available at selected pin-codes — check at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and secured by Razorpay.

10. Are your products unisex?

Yes. Most Alphahood pieces are designed as gender-neutral streetwear, so they can be styled by anyone.

Alphahood is a made-to-order  / Premium streetwear brand.
This means:

  • Every piece is created only after you order, not mass-produced.

  • You always receive a fresh, newly printed product, never old stock.

  • We avoid waste & dead inventory, allowing us to offer premium quality at fair pricing.

  • Better accuracy in designs and sizes, fewer returns, and more sustainability.
